Hand Built Mugs

Service Description

This is a hands-on 2 hour class designed to give students an introduction to working with clay. During this class, you’ll utilize clay slab, decorating, and other handbuilding techniques to create a mug from scratch. Our classes are 6 students max to allow for a personalized experience. At the end of the session, students will have created a mug to keep and our staff fires and glazes them to be picked up in 4-6 weeks. We encourage folks to wear clothes they are comfortable getting dirty in! All materials and tools are provided. No prior experience required.​​
