The Studio(s)

Two Buildings

We moved into the South building (6,000 sqft) in September of 2019.

In 2023, when our waitlist was overflowing, the building across the street became available. The North building (4,000 sqft) opened to members in September of 2023.

The two buildings operate independently, so while members can utilize the resources of either building at either time, both contain all of the necessary equipment, tools, materials, etc.

The South Building

"Classroom"

9 wheels, including 1 standing wheel.

We use this space for classes, but with extra wheels there is also space for drop ins or independent workers who might want to casually listen in.

We also have two large tables for glazing and hand-building.

"Workroom"

8 wheels + 3 plaster wedging tables (designated for dark clay, white clay, and porcelain)

The wheels in this space are never reserved and free for independent work.

You'll also find our communal ware-storage area, kilns, and ample workspaces in this room.

"Kiln Room"

In addition to regular firings -
We use these kilns for outside firing* and luster firings.

(The doors and vents allow us to close off the room at night to keep everyone clear from luster vapors.)
